ANYWAY!!! I didn't mean to go off on that tangent. I want to tell you about what's new with me:
1.) A new job

Yes, I have a new job. Well, it's an old job, but it's new, too. Confused? Join the club! LOL! I started working at our church this week as the Outreach Secretary. I'm actually the secretary for our Minister of Discipleship. I've done this job before, several years ago when I quit working full time and was teaching part time, so some of it is old hat. I'm working four days each week, about 3 hours each day. It's going to be rough going for a while, at least until I get my stamina built up. I haven't been this busy since before my head injury, so this is sort of a "trial and error" kind of thing. I have a new boss and so far I think we'll get along great. I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
2.) Acupuncture

Acupuncture? You mean with NEEDLES? Um, no, actually. Did you know they can use electricity instead of needles? I didn't either until I went in for a consult. I was a little leary about having to lie still with needles sticking out of me, but I'm tickled pink about the use of electricity. I've had two sessions, and I'm scheduled for 11 or 12 more. The goal is to eliminate my chronic pain (fibromyalgia, arthritis, and chronic tendonitis) and the need for those ghastly steroid shots that I've been getting in my lower back.
Sooooooooooooooooooooo, between working four days a week, having acupuncture session three days a week, house work, errands, Bible study, church, and time with Ed, I'm probably not gonig to be around too much. At least not for the next couple of weeks. Once I get into a routine and built up some stamina I should be good to go. Hopefully I'll find some time to create, too! Must start on secret sister gifts and Christmas gifts!
