Just stuff

Hello! Not much happening again this week, so I thought I'd share some pictures and some Emma news.

I've been working on some items for my sister. She works for the local school district administration and they have an annual United Way auction fundraiser. Here are some of the items she is donating to the auction (click on the image to make it larger):


















Emma is settling in nicely. She and the dogs have come to a sort of agreement evidently. They know she gets to go wherever she wants and they are not to block her way. They have both learned the hard way that Emma Grace has claws and she's not afraid to use them! :) She does go out of her way to swat them from time to time, but the boys get extra love when that happens and Emma gets fussed at (not that she listens!).

Emma is a very affectionate little girl. She loves to snuggle and spends most of her day sitting next to me regardless of where I am. One of her favorite spots is on the back of the computer chair leaning against the back of my neck. She also loves to sleep on Ed's end of the sofa when he's not home. I caught her in this crazy position just the other day....


How do they do that? I swear cats are part elastic! She's still learning that she's not allowed on the kitchen counters or on the dining table. And the battle over who gets to drink the water in the glass is still ongoing. I'll win eventually! *wink*
