Truly Random Ramblings

So much stuff to write about, so few brain cells to use to convert thoughts to words! Here's just some random stuff.....

First, graduation pic of Ed, Brooks, and Ed's mom in front of Brooks' Jimmy last weekend.

Second, the hides from the Axis (top) and Fallow (bottom) deer that Ed shot back in January. We picked them up about a week ago from the taxidermist. Aren't they gorgeous? The fallow is so thick! They are out on the back porch because they still have a bit of a chemical stink to them.

And last, but not least, the mutant squash. We have three squash plants in our garden this year. They are all blooming like crazy, but one of them has started producing "squash melons"! LOL!!! The one on the top is about 8 inches long. Crazy, huh?

We went to Rabbit Fest Friday night and I have several things to write about it, but that will have to wait for now. Maybe tomorrow!
